Ah, thank you for that. I completely forgot that Transcendent Flesh reduces Strength on the tree so for some reason I thought I needed it for my attribute requirements. Thanks :)

Your penance brand stacks are too low, you will probably need a tad more Brand duration and some cast speed. You might have to get another Cluster set-up with Grand Design for some duration.

You could also spec into some skill duration nodes like atrophy but this is less effective. You might even need to get Divergent Swift to reach the right stacks, but your duration is very low.

Let me know if you need more direction with some of the nodes and I can try and whip out a POB for you.

Do the masteries not show on POB?

Charge Mastery - 3% increased damage per charge.
Brand Mastery - Brands attach to a new enemy each time they Activate
Brand Master 2 - 2 additional brands
Reservation - Auras from your skills have 15% increased effect.

I have delved to around 600 with it. However I am not that knowledgeable about Delve. I am pretty sure however for 1.5k you will need a specialised build for delve. This does have the features for being a "delve build" as it kills everything in one hit. However I haven't specialised it for Delve so it may not be the strongest choice in the game.
