You have to edit the essence worm affix in POB yourself. Change it to "Socketed Gems Reserve No Mana". I think it is a bug currently. You would see the difference on the mana reserved part, because this build scale on mana cost. So if wrath reserved 50% mana, it is a huge loss of DPS.

What about the helm enchantments? Should i get the 40% blade blast or 15% additional mana spent (arcane cloak).

PoB is currently not showing essence wurm properly, it's assuming your wrath is being reserved by mana. There is a work around I plan on posting tommorow.

I see! Thanks for replying, I am using the same setup as well, and it feels very good. Another question is if the Cloak of Defiance is equipped, is it safe to drop the MOM node in the passive tree?
And what would be the priority? Cluster jewel or thread of hope first?

this does indeed work to my knowledge.

corruption does not always remove the socket. It can have a multitude of effects.

Why do you use increased BB AoE instead of increased damage on the enchantment?
edit: also your GG PoB doesn't have Supreme Ego skilled?
