Do you think Blind prophet is stronger generally speaking than Scavenger?

how did u level prophet icicle mines for phrecia same tree and skills or just slam icicle mines lvl 8 ?

I have a question, how is survivability of the build? I see it uses Dissolution of the flesh, but is there something specific made to prevent the damage and start the recharge (for recharge I mean the removal of reservation of life)?
