I feel like the loss of enchantments would impact this build moreso than others, no? The alternate Dom Blow gem and new quality can't possibly keep up with how strong the enchantment was, right?

Yes, will be using those jewels, still able to cap spell suppress, but only able to achieve 88% all ele res without tattoos.

I didn't use any enchantment, so at least there is no impact to this build.

Updated to 3.23.

I believe you can allocate the "15% chance to suppress spell damage if equipped body armor, helmet, gloves and boots all have evasion rating" mastery, allocate one more small suppress passive and get rid of the green nightmare setup.

Edit: i just realised triad grip got armor and energy shield not evasion and energy shield
