Hi, first I'd like to say I loved the build in 3.25. Personally I think this build is still viable for 3.26. I've attempted some tests myself with my endgame build in 3.25 and now on standard. I have also tested some low end builds and gear b/t lvl 75-90 and it feels fine.

Now, without the changes I can't be 100% sure, but I've attempted to replicate the dmg by taking off gems and getting the %s close. The end-game version of this build I easily did all content super safe. Even if the t17s and ubers are a high investment, this build still blasts through maps fast to farm currency.

Doing the math, my character in 3.26 was damn near unkillable. With a mageblood and mostly decent gear, I still had some improvements to make, I had ~10m DPS & 774k effective hit.

The gem changes nerf us by 14.2% dmg. So somewhere in the 7.7m DPS. Still a fast mapping and decent all around build.

well don't forget that we now -malachai loop or no frenzy charges cause of Ralakesh nerfs so its only power or frenzy max charges
and no frenzy a big hit to build

so we need new way to generate frenzy charge

Yes, but my gear I wasn't even using that. I had no frenzy charges, just 7 Power Charges. So the numbers I provided should still be valid for this 3.26 league.

Here's my PoB - Again, my gear was decent, plenty of upgrades left. I removed my boots due to the nerf for no frenzy charges. I'm sure we'll have the opportunity to get them another way. Based on all of the calculations I can see, PS self casting is going to be about 14.3% less damage, so it's still something I'm going to league start going with Suppression until I can get block again.

The most expensive pieces ofc is the mageblood, lethal pride, impossible escape, and wand. Was still using a Revelation ring.

Even in 3.25 the damage of the build isn't 20+ millions, but I did all of the content comfortably and speed mapping was a breeze.

I don't play Hardcore... Could the build I got to at the end of 3.25 do HC? Yeah, I only died to really dumb things and taking my tankiness for granted. The transition up until that point? Not so strong. I would probably NOT play this in HC unless I had most things ready to go on the top end.
