Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

During hideout time - zero lags, everything perfect. Starting Necropolis map with 15 Waystone, and having there such lag that i can't even move several steps. Returning to hideout - no lags again...
