Sometimes can't attack glitch

Maybe once every 30 mins I get a weird glitch where I cannot attack. It would be a skill on my bar, or my right click, nothing happens. No matter how much I spam, nothing happens until it becomes "fixed." I feel like I am going crazy. In my clip below you see me shoot once, then try to shoot the enemies on my screen and nothing happens. I cannot attack for 20 seconds, then it is fixed.

This has happened to me with my merc and my warrior. Has anyone experienced this before? Or am I missing something? I can move, so I know my mouse and keyboard was working, just can't attack.

This happens to me all the time, and i need to dodge roll to be able to attack again. not sure whats causing me to not be able to attack.

I second this. I've had this what feels like my entire play through so far on my Warrior. It never bothered me much as it goes away after 5 or so seconds. However, now that I'm in t5+ maps, I'm dying to this stupid bug and losing exp.

Getting to the point where I don't know if I can play my warrior much more until its fixed.

I'm getting this also on my amazon and ranger. I could be wrong but it feels like after I clip an animation by rolling. I don't get it on characters that don't generate charges often so maybe a tie in there?

I’ve been getting stuck in T pose and running against my will during episodes of terrible lag and multiplayer. I think it was still allowing me to attack but it was hard to deal with. Other times I got an area in my map that I can’t use any skills in and then I walk to another area and it’s back to normal.
