I am experiencing the same with Blasphemy + Despair + Decaying Hex. Despair is applied, but the DoT effect of Decaying Hex is not. |

It's been 4 month since you post this issue and GGG don't even bother to look it up. Sad. Spear of Exile is the game here. You can't build the way you like. you build the way GGG like or else you don't know how to play this game. :P

Blasphemy is not applying the effects from curse support gems. This issue needs to be addressed.
