And this still not fixed

I just thought something changed in 0.2g because I've never even seen him as a threat ever.
I just ran through the game on a new toon. Finished the game, got to endgame.
Quest being on screen was annoying me so I just went to Act 3 to finish it.

Wow. I had 80% Fire res and was one shot.
Not a single boss in the campaign killed me.
ALSO he seemed to be like 100x more tanky than ever and the longest time to kill a boss(mini boss) in the entire campaign.

I joined this club. Level 92 Hardcore, very annoyed as o recall tanking the DOT in the past without instant death.
