Bahlak, the Sky Seer's tornado is terrible design, especially for melee.

+1, please fix this, it feels almost like a bug.
I got shield charge especially for this since i put ultimatum on farm mode and he still melts me through shield charge and 3.5k total mana (mind over matter). The tornado is so large that i can't outrun it either, shield charge ends at the other edge of it and he instantly changes directions and kills me. The only times i can kill him is if i'm on the other side of the arena when he does it. I do trully believe this is the worst designed boss in the entire game so far (only haven't done pinnacles). Please fix Bahlak. |

The other dude dropping crap on you isn't much better in that regard. If you start a dodge roll at the wrong time for either that or the tornado, you don't survive coming out of it.

it is telegraphed. he twists one direction as a wind up, then starts twisting the other direction and spinning. it takes around 1.5 seconds. the tornado itself its a problem especially for melee I'm sure. I'd switch gems to something ranged.
personally for that fight here's how I do it: he lands in the arena I bait out his movement by attacking him once he flies up and usually tries to do a slam or flies to other end of the arena from here try to put full dps on him, use high cooldown skills try to melt him he seems very likely to do tornado after his health is down to half, so maybe factor that in if you can't melt him. dont get him under half until your cooldowns are reset. just for context I only beat the 3 trials at level 85, then trialmaster at level 91 to unlock full ascenency, still haven't beaten the sekhema time boss. |

Heh, none of that will work for an infernalist minion build. The minions don't care, they're gonna start smashing him the moment they see him. He's literally the only boss i have an issue with in the entire game(and the one-shot mechanic from floor 4 of sanctum time-boss but that's another matter).
I can't see any telegraphed move from him because half of the screen is arsonists explosions and the other half is whhere i'm at at that time. It's pure luck, if he turns invincible and a tornado when he's in the middle of the arena, i am dead. There's no ifs or maybes, i'm simply dead. I can try to run to the edge - tornado lasts forever and destroys me, there's no outrunning it. I took shield charge, i managed to survive once with like 200 hit points and he came out of the form and died in 0.5 seconds after. The only way to kill him is to kill him fast enough before he turns into a tornado. Please GGG, fix this by either decreasing the speed of the tornado, the damage it deals or simply make it smaller. Something's gotta give cuz i don't see a single way out of it. Should i force blink into my build necesarily for this one boss? Does blink even help? (maybe with second wind) |

+1, die everytime... unless i kill him with one shot, so a russian rulette with 6 bullets - either i kill him, or insta-die to tornado

i electrocuted him as spark sorc. before his healthbar dropped to zero he escaped the stun instantly in a milisecond and the damage melted my 7k combined healthpool before i could blink. yeah, this boss is dogshit currently!

I can only beat him if I get to throw out a curse and then crit with close combat, killing him instantly from full health, otherwise it's a gamble. The wing attacks might as well be invisible and the tornado covers half the arena. If you took any trial debuff that has area effect you might as well not even attempt, meaning you took monster damage and crit so he'll kill you in one hit or got really lucky after 10 tries.

Also if you're unlucky to get the Physical Damage circle afliction, it covers his whole arena and is unavoidable.
