[POE2] Character stuck in a boss fight - Utzaal area

Game started in hideout with portals still active.
Respeced to full damage passives. Killed through regeneration.

It was a corrupted nexus. The quest didnt advance.Didnt spawn the quest boss. The corrupted nexus mode moved to a neighbor node in atlas map .
