Lord of Horrors passive node not working
I have a total of 276 spirit allocated to reserve only minions. When I take the "Lord of Horrors" node I'm left with exactly 3 additional unreserved spirit. I should be getting (.12 x 276) 33.12 additional spirit. It's as if they moved the decimal place and the node instead gives 1.2% reservation efficiency. In fact I think that's exactly what's happening.

What's really sad is with that extra 33 spirit I could be using Upwelling II support for 50% increased minion damage.
