Here's a video of him being unkillable. I also show how you can escape the arena to at least do the rest of the map content with thunderous leap, and not need to die. The map is still a write off since you don't kill the boss.

trick : If you don't want to die, pause quit and come back 15 min later Volfa - level 100

Same here, and I recorded a video linked down below. The Black Crow in maps cannot be killed. I cannot portal out or leave the arena. This may or may not have anything to do with the boss being hunted by the Raging Ox spirit.

Black Crow became unkillable after the first phase, I tried relogging and once I went back to the boss checkpoint he was still un-targetable, I tried kiting him to different parts of the arena and it didn't help.
His focus loss% remained the same too until I re-logged but he could chase and damage me. Bug Report ID: #2848226019 |

Yeah, it is still bugged. Oh well... Better avoid that map.

Same for me, I had him down to 50% health. Thought he was going to start 2nd phase, nope, ran him around for 5 minutes trying to coax him into the 2nd phase. Could not inflict any damage, second-tier 15 map I lost today. The other was the Hive map.
