Still happening on the 16th of December 2025 in 0.4, as a Pathfinder using Herald of Blood

This bug's been sitting there for nearly nine months, so why hasn't GGG done anything about it?

Same issue, every time I level up or re-equip an item that has + max life.
I have Herald of Blood. V annoying.

Still happening as of 12/29/2025 with herald of blood. It seems to be triggered by any sort of hp increase, either by leveling up, or equipping gear with more hp(or strength of course). Or any passives on tree that might increase cause this to happen while you have herald of blood equipped and enabled.
