GGG haven't learned yet that skills like banners need to be fairly strong for players to use them, they also need very significant bonuses from passives for anyone to consider taking them over always active character bonuses.
The attack damage banner can be worth the reserve on a vanilla attack build to just gib a boss in your damage window but just isn't worth anything beyond that and multiple banners don't really have much synergy. Love that you guys are supporting tactician though, I love the concept but i can see bad numbers from a mile off so decided to wait until they tart it up a bit - hopefully they make some changes for you tactician enjoyers! |

" It seems increased Skill Speed does affect the banner placement speed (although it isn't reflected in the tooltip). But this stat is so rare and available in such small values that it's not really worth considering just for banners. |

" I will be switching to Witchhunter as soon as the ascendancy respec update releases. The high potential power from banners is simply not enough to outweight the clunky playstyle and unusable banner notables. I may switch back to tactician when they fix these issues with banners. |
