There are so many criticisms I have for your rant, but this is the most egregious statement from your post. Literally fireball became the sorceress meta build leading up to the 0.2.0 patch. This is a massive improvement and makes that build even more powerful.

While all changes are positive, barely anything feels actually meaningful in big picture.

Extra Artificer orbs are virtually useless with THIS loot.

More runes is nice, but what am I supposed to put them into? Loots is still basically nonexistent.

ONE location shortened by 30%. ONE. And several more in distant future. So 2/3 current locations and 3 new acts are untouched AT ALL.

Monster speed is not "lowered", only "to be reviewed".

"All rares are shown" is somewhat nice. But it's just a band-aid to awful map system.
