Darkness from Embrace the Darkness gets deleted, bypasses ES

I have noticed with darkness, whenever I touch a dot such as a flamewall or burning ground all of my darkness gets removed. Also, when I take a big hit, that removes my darkness, the rest of the hit goes to my life directly instead of my energy shield.

bumping this for visibility. Afraid to spec into Chaos Inoculation on my HC acolyte so i'm taking a break until its fixed.
