Corrupted nexus Tier 3+

I have completed two corrupted nexus now using a tier 15 map but i still have the "cataclysm wake" quest telling me to completed a tier 3+ corrupted nexus? Is there something I am doing wrong or is there a bug?

How many mods was on your waystone?

I had the needed mods on the waystone to open it and complete it. But then once i go to the final boss and completed the map nothing happened.

Any solution on this one yet? Had the same with a "complete +9 Tier"..

Same issue with Tier 6+ , twice now. Don't remember how the first map completed, but the one I just did ended with a boss. Map completed, result nothing, no passives no quest progress. I'll just make a guess that its bug on ones with final bosses and try to do it next time on one without. You know because corrupted nexus is so easy to find and get to anyway, no waste of time here at all....
