Hello, I have a serious problem.[bug] I can't login to play specific character

My character also got the same BUG as cannot login to play the character and auto return to the page request me to enter the password again and again. Who can i find to reselve this problem.

There's only one thing I haven't tried yet: reopening the endgame map using a sub-character.
Since endgame maps are shared across the account, I'm thinking that opening the map with a sub-character might forcibly close the current instance.
That's why I'm currently leveling up a sub-character from level 1.

I was finally able to run the test.
Just for this test, I created a new character yesterday and spent 25 hours leveling it up to reach the endgame.
However, my main character still can't log in due to the same error.
I've contacted support multiple times, but I’ve only been ignored or received templated responses.
Because of this, I probably won’t be playing this league any further.

may be need to remove all skill gem on this character to fix problem , but player still cant login to this character to fix this problem by myself.

Posting here to draw attention to the same issue. Its been a month unable to login to my one specific league character. I was really enjoying it. I'd love to play..
