Game breaking bug. Skill "Explosive shot" has been bugged.

DO NOT SWITCH LOADOUTS FOR XBOWS. SKILL GEMS WENT COMPLETELY UNUSABLE.

When I changed loadouts between crossbows, "eplosive shot" skill broke and became absolutely useless. It has no stats, nor ability to add it to the quick access panel (absent completely)
Also, the ability to change equipment in the external panel disappeared. (a bunch of visual garbage without the ability to do anything)
