Viper napuatzi boss fight maps. Please help im currently stuck!!

im stuck in this fight, when she went up in the air to drop her spells, the guards stepped up to make the rectangle smaller and she got stuck outside, and left me inside of it, she cannot attack me and i cannot her. I tried logging out and waiting, but nothing still stuck, cant portal out cant reset it. i even tried to use my second character to log in and was able to go into the same map as the bugged character but was not able to get into the fight, just the map. Please help im currently stuck and cannot play

found a work around, stand close to the guards and let them kill u. will reset it but you lose a rez chance
