4th Ascendancy and loot all gone upon server crash :(

I just finished my 4th skhemas trial and chose my last ascendancy while opening caches i opened two timelost caches one normal and one prime gold, upn opening my 3rd the game glitched and i was in the login screen i logged back in and to my surprise all my loot and my ascendancy is just not there.

This is totally unacceptable as it took me quite some time to do it and its really frustrating, I want you guys to have a look here and please give me my ascendancy and loot back
