Add Lesser Runes to Vendors throughout the campaign

Doing another playthrough after the recent changes in SSF. While now I am seeing a much better ability to socket/rune my gear as I level. I am still running into issues where I don't have the runes I need.

In my scenario I am in Act 2, level 28. I have gear that I either crafted with regals/exalts/bought from vendor. This gave me ~60-75 Cold and Fire resistance.

I have only 15 Lightning resistance, so naturally I want to fill the 2 remaining sockets with Lightning resistance runes. However, I only have gotten the 3 attribute runes, cold, fire, and some of the other misc runes. I haven't found a single Lightning resistance rune.

This is a main difference with the crafting bench vs runes. I can always go improve my character based on what gear i got and what my current needs are with the crafting bench. Here, it is random which runes drop and if I am unlucky I end up with runes I can't really use to improve my character.

My suggestion would be once completing the new rune quest in Act 1, you add some of the base lesser runes to the vendor. Resistance/Attributes runes are the most important.
