Crossbow + Weapon Swap and Hitboxes problems

Since launch weapon swapping with crossbow is quite broken and it still is.
It seems that the problem happens when weapon swapping during reload, which is much more apparent in builds that use skills like HVR, Frag Rounds, which reloads after every shot.
If you shot the crossbow and weapon swap during reload the game starts breaking in different ways, like heavy desyncs, the animation of the attack/spell you used with your off-hand weapon not occuring and in some cases the attack/spell doesn't even happen, character getting stuck in crossbow animation and nothing you press works for a couple seconds, even character going into some sort of t-pose and the movement getting all janky (happend once to me fighting the Queen of Filth).

In my case i'm playing mace off-hand an crossbow main, but almost everytime i try to use my boneshatter after a shot, the character desyncs, don't animate, teleports around, in all cases the skill often happens and you'll see the boneshatter wave effect, but sometimes it doesn't even work.
Also happens a lot with armour breaker.
I also had a similar problem with frost bomb + staff off hand, where after a shot, casting frost bomb would put the skill in cooldown, but nothing comes out.

The hitboxes problem is probably due to perspective, but if you click a bit off to the side of the enemy, resulting in you clicking the ground, shots like HVR completly miss and it's really frustrating to use it, even tho i have 100% chance to hit, I miss my shots 50% of the time due to the either the hitbox being too small or not clicking exactly on the monster. There should be some small aiming correction, like attacking the monster nearest to the point you click, this would improve the feeling of many skills. Parry also suffers a lot from this, sometimes while i'm channeling it, my mouse "leaves" the monster for a moment and the character don't parry the attack, again, either some small correction or bigger hitbox can help.

Hoping to see crossbow get some more love, specially with new uniques...
