Please make resetting of area on death consistent

I just lost ~20 div profit from an expedition logbook because of the combination of these following game behaviors:

* Olroth did an explodey thing on death and killed me AFTER I beat him
* Dying erases loot and chests but does not respawn enemies

All loot, all expedition chests, all everything lost only because I didn't know he could do that. Feels really really bad when you get a good drop from something only to lose it due to a BS mechanic. WHY should a boss explode or drop any kind of after death effect that can kill you when the penalties for dying are this harsh?

Other times after dying, the area has not reset.

Please make resetting of areas on death consistent in maps and endgame areas such as logbooks.

Why do you not assume that every enemy has an on-death effect at this point?

Btw, its not an on death effect. Olroth has a few abilities that leave exploding ice on the ground. They take a while to go off which makes them easy to handle during the fight but gotta watch out as they remain and finish their effect after his defeat.

Actually, I can't explain why everything disappeared when I died. Thinking about it, this seems to sometimes happen and other times doesn't. Can we at least get consistency on area resetting on death?
