Add Damage Meter

For the majority of builds, the Tool-tip DPS and even PoB damage is wildly inaccurate. This might have been requested in the past, but it would be very amazing to have a DPS/Damage meter, à la details, recount or skada (the World of Warcraft addons), that lets me measure average DPS across maps/pinnacle content etc.

As of now, it's way too much effort to figure out what effect swapping specific gear slots has on my character from game-play alone, unless it's a dramatic increase or decrease in damage. If I want numbers, I have to buy a breachstone and clip a Xesht fight and even that you can only estimate due to inconsistencies in Damage output. Alternatively, I have to import my character into pob and then do scholar-levels of modifications to the interface and calculations to approach my real dps in any way or form.

Since you already have all the damage mobs receive at hand, you'd just have to pool it together and build the UI with various breakdowns for it. (check the screenshots of https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/recount for reference)

From what I can tell this should have very low implementation cost and close to no downsides to build and would help build creators significantly since you could then accurately prove the average DPS of your build. I'm sure it would also help with development and balancing.
