Atlas Bug: "Map Attempted" when it has not been attempted.

I opened the portals to a Tier 3 Nexus but did not enter the protals.
On relaunching the game it shows "Map Attempted" and the portals are gone


I just started the Atlas on one of my characters and was about to start a Tier 3 Corrupted Nexus last night. I inserted the waystone and opened the portals.
IRL something came up and I did Not have time to go in.

I had to close the game for a bit and when I re-launched the portals were gone, the node was no longer a corrupted Nexus, and it said "Map Attempted" even tho I never entered the portals.

The same thing has happened to me before, though not to a Nexus
