[BUG] An Unexpected Disconnection Occurred

When I am going to log in my character, it cannot load into the game and always returned to the log-in page with a small information in the left bottom corner showing "An unexpected disconnection occurred.". Therefore, i was unable to log in my character and lost all my gear in that character. Please help.
