Cannot launch game w/ NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER

I have been playing poe2 since release. from recent patch, I cannot open the
game.

My GPU is GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER. The driver is up to date.

I have reinstall the driver, reinstall the pc. the problem could be resolved.

Before reinstall the pc, I keep seeing the error "Get AdaptorInfo:" after lauch the game.

After install the PC, i can see the game cursor for one sec, then game crash without any error message.

I tried to disable my gpu, the game can be lauched, but graphic is very terrible as exected.

I can play other AAA games with my GPU w/o any issue. I believe there is integration issue with recent patch to my GPU. can some one take a look?

And i rolled back the driver to the old version which is released last year Dec. still not get addressed. I am pretty sure i am using the same driver to play this game for 4 months no issue.
