Strangely long loading screens PC PoE2

Hello, i have an issue with loading screens in poe2 and i was trying to fix it by myself, i did: factory PC reset, change almoast everything in game that could help, checked ram (16) and checked the version of my graphic card. Still nothing, i would like to add that that issue is only on poe2, every other game works perfectly fine. Can you guys help with that? Or is it somehow still my issue?
