[Update] Can't Login with a Specific Character.
Since last week, I’ve suddenly been unable to log in with one specific character.
The character is level 94, named BigB_Maru, and the Ascendancy is Smith of Kitava. The issue began right after I took the Ascendancy passive "Manifest Weapon", which I tested in endgame maps. Since I was using a Mjölnir mace, it's possible I may have encountered a bug related to it. I’ve contacted support several times, but I’ve only received copy-paste responses or no reply at all. At this point, I don’t think I’ll be continuing with this league. Below is a list of everything I’ve tried to fix the issue, none of which worked: Things I’ve tried (none resolved the issue): ・Created a new character and played for several hours ・Played in local co-op mode using two controllers ・Changed the gateway ・Changed the language ・Verified game files via Steam ・Reinstalled the game ・Cleared the game cache ・Switched from Steam to the standalone client ・Followed all suggestions from the official troubleshooting guide ・Changed hideout ・Changed/purchased different MTX (cosmetics) ・Opened a new portal with a different character ・Updated NVIDIA drivers ・Deleted cache files ・Deleted shader files ・Switched shader settings ・Changed shader cache size ・Opened a new map with a different character Any help or confirmation that this issue is being looked into would be appreciated. 最後に BigBMaru#0624 が 2025/05/29 3:38:14 に編集 最後にスレッドがバンプされた時間 時刻 2025/06/12 3:33:08

I tested to see if the issue was resolved in patch 2.0.0h, but I still cannot access my specific character.
I have received no explanation, update, or response from SUPPORT. Why is that? This is not a matter of missing items—I’m reporting that I can’t play the game. Is it really acceptable to GGG that I, not the SUPPORT team, have been the one spending all this time investigating the issue? Above all, I’m extremely frustrated by the complete lack of contact. |

I’m more shocked by the complete lack of response from the developers or support team than by the bug itself.
Is this really a game from 2025? Even early-2000s indie MMOs would respond within a week. I genuinely love the game and have even spent money on it. Why am I being treated as if I’ve been banned? |

try doing split screen with 2 controllers make a new char on one and use your bugged char on the other so it forces it to move area after that it might be good worked for me one time , but now i cant even load the game b4 i crash

" yeah I tried that few times , but unfortunately the error wasn’t fixed and I still couldn’t log in. Thanks for the suggestion though. I’ll keep an eye on it and hope it gets resolved soon. |
