Fragmentation Rounds and Support BUG

Hi,

This skill have some wierd interaction with support gem

First, Biting Frost support can be used by Fragmentation Rounds, wich is a bug, because he consume Freeze and have "Payoff" tag

Second, this skill clearly have a missing "AoE" gem tag and area of effect support do not work with him, like Magnifed Effect or Reach support (area of effect on tree work for some reason)
