Items on the ground vanish after opening Inventory

At least with the controller I have an issue that item drops are vanishing or not in a state to be picked up anymore after switching to inventory or doing any interaction with the GUI. Did not had this issue before Batch G. But this is very cumbersome as you sometimes miss Unique's and other quality loot.
