OP is playing PoE 2 EA. Instance on the server crashed >> rollback to last server save point >> lost items. Nothing he can do about it.

Translation software fort = citadel.

Game is unplayable majority of the time I've just had to come off AGAIN. because of constant disconnects and roll backs. Ridiculous.
