Miniboss jumped behind the fence in Delirium Simulacrum

While fighting a miniboss in Clearfell Lumbermill (Simulacrum), he jumped behind the fence and I was not able to reach him anyhow... Apparently it had some jump mechanics and was not even trying to come close to the fence, instead it was keeping distance.
I've tried to somehow make him come closer or try to "bug" myself out to him but no... Tried logging out, even some youtube clips trying to blink but couldn't... Really unfortunate I had to spent few days to get that firs Simulacrum and then this... What now?
