This behaviour is completely random, but I get this every couple of hours.
While I'm playing, game freezes for 10-15 seconds, then it resumes, but all the map is covered in fog of war again. All loot and dead monsters are still there though.
This freeze can also occur in hideout, so it doesn't matter where player is at the moment.

IIRC this is GGG dealing with a driver crash. Instead of just crashing like it used to, they pause the game and load a new instance with everything there. An unfortunate side effect is the revealed map goes away, which is annoying, but better than the og crash.

I have reverted back to the Dec 24 Nvidia driver and will monitor the problem on my side.
