Hello everyone. I have an problem in game i cant use anyskill or put skills to skill bar. i am gonna add image about the problem. If someone help me i ll be glad coz i can't play the game right now.

i did try everything actualy res my passive res all my skill gems check all starts dex int etc. Forexcample Lighning spear needs 191 dex right i have 207 right now still cant even see at my skill bar i cant use any skill
