EU servers? GGG just don't care anymore?

1000/1000 MBIT. All other games I play I sit at 10-15 ms latency.

At any rate, to say the game plays flawlessly without boots n disconnects for me here in NA, would be a lie, but it doesnt seem 'that bad'. Not sure whats up with that.

Great servers GGG!

Full 6 stack on a juiced XP map. 6 disconnects. 3 people from EU 2f rom US 1 from Asia.

GG doesnt care about the servers. Sigh.

GGG? It's been months now. Is your netcode/game just broken at its core?
It is not DDOS, it would not cause the client stuttering/freezing, etc. And they would certainly have made it abundantly clear that they are not at fault for the issues if they could. Instead we've had entire radio silence outside of some backhanded 'non legally-binding' insinuation on a youtube clip.

Their client & network code is just completely broken and refuse to admit it; Or their servers are made of cheese and flour; Being the only reasonable explanations at this point.

Perfect example being trying to run the trial of chaos, twice today, both times its manageable, except the same boss abilities cause extended freeze/2fps and 2k+ spike even on Canada/US servers for 5s. that is not DDOS.

I didn't play much POE1 but for the two seasons that i did i remember the EU servers having the same issues with rubber banding, lag and disconnects so i'm not holding my breath for them getting fixed soon. Also not buying the ddos excuse after such a long a time.

I wrote their support for, surprise support and got the following response:

"Hi there,

Thank you for the message and I am sorry to hear about this issue. Unfortunately we are not currently offering email Technical Support, due to limited staff resources. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."

Maybe it's time to find another game to throw money at.

Huh? Wow, did it really say this (i mean, i have known for a long time, that the replies have mostly been automated bs) but just wow. Not offering support at all?

That actually does insinuate the game may as well be dead. Yet, there was an awful lot of cash that got passed around for EA.?

This. This right here. In fact, my memory seems to recall quite ALOT of 'performance / connection issue' complaints in the early days.

Personally, i think the engine just has some real janky b.s. netcode, and is completely unoptimized. And so was POE1. But... the difference is, POE1 stayed that old, and this is new. We all just got better net / pcs over the years, and POE1 didnt feel so bad after we outpowered it. Many people arent 'outpowering' POE2 with brand new off the line state of the art machines...

Just my thoughts.

NA here. It's not just EU I get 3000 ms ping spikes all the time and it's only on PoE2. Every other game is at a solid unchanging 20 ms.
