Randomize Runes value (like poe1 bench craft)

In order to utilize a lot of trash Runes-like currency, and also make it more valuable (more profitable to pick for beginners and in early game). I suggest to add some randomization for values runes apply. Make it the same as bench crafting from poe1, where perfect values costs much more. It was pretty funny to gamble a bit at bench.

For example:

Storm Rune
From:
Martial Weapons: Adds 1 to 20 Lightning Damage
Armour: +12% to Lightning Resistance
Wand or Staff: Gain 10% of Damage as Extra Lightning Damage
To:
Martial Weapons: Adds 1 to (14-24) Lightning Damage
Armour: +(8-14)% to Lightning Resistance
Wand or Staff: Gain (8-12)% of Damage as Extra Lightning Damage

Greater Storm Rune
From:
Martial Weapons: Adds 1 to 30 Lightning Damage
Armour: +14% to Lightning Resistance
Wand or Staff: Gain 12% of Damage as Extra Lightning Damage
To:
Martial Weapons: Adds 1 to (24-34) Lightning Damage
Armour: +(12-16)% to Lightning Resistance
Wand or Staff: Gain (10-14)% of Damage as Extra Lightning Damage

Okay go make more gambling mechanics and make more players quit because gambling is not fun in crafting
Oh hell, no. We need less RNG in crafting, not more.
