Move Speed - Boots (Ik, again... another person, but hear me out this time)
Boots are one of the most frustrating pieces of gear in the game. Currently, the stats are often good, but due to the lack of one stat, the entire gear is practically useless (except for VERY specific builds), which takes away a lot of the player's agency.
My suggestion is to remove the stat entirely from the gear, but not from the game, like this: lvl ..... lvl . Move Speed 00 . to . 10' = 10 11 . to . 25' = 15 26 . to . 40' = 20 41 . to . 55' = 25 56 . to . 70' = 30 71 . to . 99' = 35 LVL 100 = 40 (extra reward for reaching the level cap) the current "move speed" stat can be replaced with "dodge roll distance" like in that unique jade amulet For example, belts underwent a similar change and it was very welcome. and that's all folks. cya, fellow exile. 最後に LukeLima#8971 が 2025/05/21 12:44:02 に編集 最後にスレッドがバンプされた時間 時刻 2025/05/24 13:47:28

I think that is a good idea. It is super frustrating to try and find boots that has good stats and movement speed. Very often i find good boots but they are missing ms so they are not usable. Imagine running maps as a warrior with no movement speed on boots... :(

I think it wouldn't be as much of an issue if lvl 82 maps weren't as rare as they are now (for specifically 35% boots). Having it as an implicit would be cool but I am against any sort of flat ms increase as a function of level. I still feel you need to roll for it.

" exactly the point, a lot of things simply have no use due to the lack of a single attribute, at least being an implicit one would help, but I would like to focus on exploration, because move speed does not define a build so much as the exploration of the map balance would be necessary, skills that scale with move speed would have to scale with something else or change their numbers and let the exploration be fluid. |

Movement speed runes that you can put only in boots so people wouldn't put them in every socket and run too fast for GGG's taste :) Lesser 15%, normal for 25% and greater for 35%. With lucky corruption giving second socket it could result in mirror tier 70% ms boots :)

I don't like the idea of ms increasing with level, but I agree with the mov speed rune. If runes should be used to fix gaps in gear; we have a gap in runes to fix ms.

" the corrupted essence makes 100% the efect, 140 is too strong to move speed 😅 and presence of area is a thing, the boots talismans gonna be useless " implicited is better then runes for ms, it's a possible solution, however, as I said to the other player, it would kill all the other runes, talismans, soul cores, etc. that you would use on your boots, except for VERY specific builds. movement speed is large issue in poe 2 , maps are pointlessly big and some of bosses attacks are way to fast , some projectiles - aka vipers green wavy attack i unreadable, and general projectile speed of that boss just too much for player handle, without atleast 20% movent speed bonus. its even larger issue for armor stackers because armor reduces move speed

Normal - side quest for +5% movement speed
Cruel - side quest for +10% movement speed none of the suggestions (including mine) actually fix anything; we just all want to be faster and I think this is the easiest way to accomplish that to me, movement speed is in the same pool as capping all of your resist - there has to be some degree of sacrifice also, the reason to make it difficulty completion bound is to make getting into the next difficulty with absolute trash for gear "easier" since you can kite more projectiles (normal -> cruel & cruel -> mapping). Serves as a somewhat decent stop-gap for getting into mapping. |

Just slam speed as implicit as value based on item level and be done with it. LOL
