what supports work with which skills?!?!?!

Hi,

So we all know the game has many support skills, as well as skills in general.
And this number will not reduce, it will grow in time.

So for new players especially, or for players which cannot memorize all the support skills all the time, the game needs a way better method of showing which support skills work with the skills that you want to use.

One method I could think of would be, so that you have a search bar, type in the skill's name, and all the currently available support skills that do work with the skill, will show up. Then there could be an option to check/uncheck that the search will either include or exclude the supports which you are already using on other skills, and therefor cannot use a 2nd copy of - for the skill that you are searching for.

This is just one idea. It might be good or mediocre, or a bad idea. I don't know.
But maybe other players or the devs have better ideas on this topic, or can expand on mine, or do their own version of it.

Anyways, it's a true hassle to go find support skills for your skill, and I do have the gem stash tab, and also when you just create a new support gem.. to find the ideal support gems for your skill is mindblowingly bad (maybe not for the super pros out there who know all the gems by heart... but imagine there are many players like me, who do not.)

There are attributes in the support gem description.
Ie: "melee" "fire" "attack", etc...

if you create a support gem into your inventory (or take it out and store it) towering your cursor will open a window with YOUR currently used gems with a marker of availability.

Yeah... its bad if you want to do in game theorycrafting.

Sadly the game relies on external sources too much.

I was shocked it was this easy. Some guy told me about this in Steam forums and I feel stupid cuz I had 600 hours in before rhen :(

If you click ALL GEMS then uncheck that radio button at bottom, then click the skill you want to create a support for... The All Gems turns into all the compatible skill gems without having to type keywords. This changed the entire game for me. No more did I feel I needed streamers to show me fancy support combos.

Coming up with my own combos felt much more like playing with legos than feeling like I had to be an uber nerd

It's already in here, just look harder :)

Mmmh.. good call, so this type of method exist in the game - I didn't know about this. However, I expect many other players do not know this either.
