Hunter Bleed Build doesn't put out enough DPS

The Hunter Bleed build is not viable for bosses and elites at higher levels.

Things I would like to see-

-Up the DPS to lighting Spear levels

-When monster has bleed on them the health level Should be decreasing at a steady rate. The way it is now I don't have enough DPS and with no DOT I can't kill the last few Bosses in ACT III. For example with Metkul, The Forgemaster, I run out of forge trough before I can kill him. With a steady damage over time for bleed that fight might be viable for a Hunter with Bleed build. BTW every Action RPG that I have played, bleed is a solid DOT.

The Bleed build is fun for clearing crowds but misery for Bosses.
