Frame rate, CPU usage

Hello. I have AMD 7950X3D, RTX 4090 Asus ROG STRIX, 2*32gp RAM, water cooling ROG ryujin 3, samsung SSD 990 1tb system 588gb free, samsung SSD 990 4tb 2.57tb free...
And with such system my frame rate is:

I'm just standing still to make a shot
Nobody and never will be able to tell me, that it's something with my system, that it's not enough, weak CPU or I should make any custom changes to my system settings.
What is wrong with your game!!! GGG!!!
There is no other modern game I'm/was playing where I could sea such picture

Switch to a empty chat channel and the lag spikes will stop.

I have a 3090 and a Ryzen 3600 and running in 4k with locked 80 fps

In case you come back to this after inevitably having CPU spiking issues return. You have to force yourself into different global and trade channels (/global <####>, /trade <####>) and /clear chat history away. Disabling those channels doesn't do anything but prevent you from seeing messages. They will still be processed.

You could try going into the config.ini file (user -> my games -> path of exile two) and set the sound effect and ambient sound to "false"

Alternatively you can clear the shader cache and see if it does anything

(if you have the game installed with steam you should be able to do that through the game's property)
I just did that today and my game went from pretty much unplayable to (almost) butter smooth.

And also yes apparently chat logs also seem to slow the game to a crawl.

Seriously ggg, wtf ? This sort of BS we have to go through to make the game playable is borderline unacceptable, early access or not.

Yeah GGG devs are really bad at optmizing their game
