Read the patch notes and immediately bailed on the rest of this season. Game too easy.

I was hoping to god it didn't happen to this game too but every patch the game just keeps getting easier and easier, just like what happened to Diablo 4. Constant nerfs to mob damage and health pools, and constant increases to player power, and we've now ended up with a game that's just a loot slot machine where players can't die. I mean even in HC, the only thing that even killed SOME people were plants, and even that was rare...but now not only do they do half damage, but only 66% of them spawn.

Threw all my stuff in the guild stash and called it a day. Sad to say, because I had huge hopes that this game wouldn't sell out. I was big wrong there.

if ya want the game to be harder, you have ALL the tools at your disposal.

heres some easy suggestions for you.
run an armor no es build.
run maps where mobs get plus crit chance, plus crit multi.
run maps with temporal curse
run maps player resistance are lowered.

I didn't play 0.1, and only started with 0.2. But I don't think the game has ever been difficult (for some classes). Instead, it's tedious.

I'm playing a level 69 witch right now in SSF, 1300 life, 5200 ES, two resistances capped at 76%. Decent gear for SSF at my level. I'll never die in white maps, but it can still take me 40 minutes (!!!) to clear a tier 1 corrupted map. That's double plus not okay, and until the gameplay loop is streamlined, there won't be big player numbers.
Invalid excuse for extremely poor balance and power creep management. This is not a me issue, it's a poor management issue. Telling me I should be responsible to manage the games poor management is wild. It's a multiplayer game. You can't force others to stay within reasonable confines. They never do, but games are more fun when u play with others. For that reason, your reasoning falls flat and is only applicable to ssf. For normal people who play games as a social thing as well as the game, it doesn't work.

Wiooow... 5k ES with full regeneration....and you telling me that is not a viable build???

Common bro, orher players playing with 1,5-2k life and no ES. This is not balance at all.

That's explain why some players reaching high levels and not complaining about game...

I truly wished I was at your level of play at this game. At your level, the build options per character would be immense imo. You seem like you can make a piss poor build tank hard in this game. You have such an advantage over many of us here. Just play a build that would be difficult for many to even be viable in endgame.

Probably the guy doesn't know from how s..t Armour and Evasion are....

The game is NOT easy. The game IS easy under specific circumstances. Of course ES defence is one of them. The second is to find a still remaining viable build and booooomm!!! Level 100 is in front of your feets.

That's literally a skill issue. They need to build stronger characters, not complain about game difficulty.

My point was that, even when you sorta-kinda know what you are doing, the game is still not very motivating to play. I think I would log in more often if the maps took 20 minutes max to run.
