Please address the PoE2 community regarding the EU servers state.

I googled just now - it's around midday in New Zealand right now, the middle of the day, so I guess there's gotta be someone in the office. Also, GGG has community monitoring guys, so I suppose they see what's happening rn. Could one of them please at least go onto this forum and make a post in the development section about "We see the servers aren't working, we're fixing it, we believe it will be better in /enter days here/". Even if you don't give reasons, or the time will be long, whatever, just please tell the playerbase that you see the problem and intend to do something about it.

They really, really need to make some kind of official statement in this.
Not just someone talking on a stream about it - they need a statement on their website or a video directly addressing this. We all paid for this game we're unable to play. Early access or not it is unacceptable. |
