This is true for pretty much all games nowadays. I didnt see this kind of negativity in early poe1 days but now I see it everywhere. It doesnt matter if its a small indie game with 1 dev or a big studio like ggg. Some gamers will always be toxic and ask for absurd things. Difference is that they are much more vocal now and use things like review bombing and threats to do as much damage as possible.
PoE 2 isnt a bad game at all, especially for early access. Many things can be improved but that doesnt warrant toxicity.

This notion that all communication and interactions with players and that the "customer is always right" has turned the gaming scene into a pretty wretched place where the loudest and most annoying people dictate the culture of gaming.
This is 100% a big issue in pretty much every game now. Very scary.
Dont think anyone can do much about it sadly. It get worst with time and dont concern only the gaming scene.
It's such entitled behavior to demand perfection and endless sacrifice from others while behaving in the most self centered, and unreasonable fashion.
We've hit an inflection point where coddling the consumer does more damage than it does good.
We put all this effort into making games (well some studios do anyway), but we clearly don't do enough to teach people manners and gratefulness.
