10.43am. Ping seems fine but server has disconnected twice - lost a map just as I was about to finish it. So much for enjoying my holidays D:

Same issue
Aus - Unplayable - Ping 18 NZ - Unplayable - Ping 40 Singapore - Playable so far no issues - Ping 115 P.S

Sorry guys I went back and forth with support via email for a few hours today and they are simply refusing to provide further info about this. So play when the servers are stable - use other servers that are stable when your closest one isn't.
Only other option is wait until the issue is fixed (if it ever is) or refund. Will update this if I hear from GGG or they finally reply to one of these many posts. potato. 最後に tanty#0858 が 2025/06/25 4:11:38 に編集

Got a solid two hours of normal gameplay after disconnecting all day (finished my last uni assignment for the semester yesterday, so i was really looking forward to a solid nerd sesh).
Alas, the original issue of ping spiking has reared its ugly head - unsure if this is related to the more global issue of the disconnections as it appears more specific to Aus (and maybe NZ?) potato.

OMG glad I'm not alone I restarted my modem three times. Massive lag spikes, completely unplayable :( Also AU servers, also online between 8 and 10pm. Pls fix :*(

Update:
AUS - Still issues and random disconnect NZ - Same issues Singapore - Perfect, no disconnects, no roll backs after 16hrs of play time. Usual lag at start etc etc but thats a different issue. GGG check your hosting providers, no reason why this should occur. Im on a Telstra fibre, 1G link. yep same aussie and NZ server unplayable, Singapore good, ping around 110, no problems.
aussie get DC just sitting in hideout, ping spikes 300+ just sitting in hideout. |
