Here's an example of a change they made:

"The Affliction in Trial of the Sekhemas that caused you to have no Energy Shield now instead applies 50% less Energy Shield, so that it isn't immediately dead on arrival when you are Chaos Inoculation."

They made this change in 0.2.1, not in 0.2 and not in 0.1, why you think that is? Because there's nothing set in stone, if you ask the devs they'll tell you the exact same thing, because poe 2 is in early access.
