Same issue here. After restarting (which takes a LOT of time on the "Checking Resources" step, it only downloads a little bit before crashing again.

Let's be honest, they don't care.
Happens EVERY league and they won't let us download earlier than 2 hours before launch.

Same. For those asking about a fix, a 403 error indicates that someone doesn't have access to the resource that is being retrieved. Almost seems like someone didn't give the correct permissions for a subset of the files necessary to update. Unfortunately, I don't think there's anything we can do about it to fix it other than to wait for them to adjust what they need to.

for me it started from 0% but it kept all the previous downloaded files.

as an example, while it was a 45GB patch originally, the 5th time it started, it started from 0% but only had 29.5GB remaining.

the 6th time it started, it started from 0% but only had 18.5GB remaining.

Now I'm on the 7th try, but this time around I ony had time to dl like 500mb before getting the error :/
