- The Ritual Stash Tab for some reason doesn't hold all Omens, which kinda ruins the point of this tab, if not all of the specific items fits.
For example Omen of Dextral Necromancy and Omen of The Blackblooded doesn't go in.

This is expected - special stash tabs are rarely adapted to new temporary league mechanics until they go core. When a league mechanic has been ironed out after a league, then usually their special currency/drops also get integrated into special stash tabs.

This has always been this way - the unique stash tab is for collecting one of each unique - the rest has to be stored elsewhere or sold/disenchanted.

though annoying - this is also by design, as they are not categorized as "waystones" (to open a map), but instead fragments and therefore go into the fragment affinity stash tab. There will probably be a long term solution to this once actual fragment stash tab(s) will be introduced.
